Community & Environmental Support Network
All over the word, people are waking-up to the effect we are having on our planet and how unsustainable it is. We must all learn and teach, how to take precautions with the effect we have on the planet, before we take it to a point beyond our power to reverse the damages we are causing. - Science
Here at Nutrition Group+ we work together with a wide range of organisations and charities, both foreign and domestic, to bring people and communities together for the greater good of rejuvenating the Earth and all of its inhabitants.
On this page you will find blogs, community projects, petitions, charities and much more that you can give your support too.
It's an international movement that is rapidly gathering support.
They say charity starts at home, and you can start helping by just simply signing-up, or you can get physically involved by volunteering to attend one of the movement’s clean-up projects that are happening all over the world today.
So, go on... Join the movement today!
The World Health Heroes Clinic – trials underway!
We are aiming to have Hero teams in every major city and town across the UK.
The Heroes Clinic is here to support people looking for a wellbeing service but are on low income and unable to pay full price. We find out what the need is and reach out to our Health Heroes to see if they can help at a subsidised rate. Where required, our company can help fund the clients' treatment if full price.
We also want to bring wellbeing services to support groups, schools & care centres.
Working with the local community is such important work. We pay Health Heroes to deliver to these groups, as we believe a system that helps those in need but also supports health and wellbeing experts to earn a living is the key to an abundant service to all.
Through sponsorship, celebrity advocation, event sales and public supporters, we can help those most in need to feel well and be supported by complementary health.
If you are passionate about moralising the world around you, then you need to be the change you want to see in the world.
The world-renowned Green Peace is a political movement that operates by promoting the world’s eco-system, rather than a politically-driven ego-system, which makes it different to all the other political parties that run against it.
Any support is greatly appreciated and really does go a long way. Get involved with the movement and vibes they spread today.
Ocean Clean-up Projects
The world’s oceans are contaminated with over a billion lbs of plastic every year and this is damaging marine wildlife as well as ourselves.
If you’re wondering how, plastic has now contaminated the oceans to such an extent that is has become a part of our diet! Although it is said that there may be no significant threat or direct link to human health risk, but it is still there.
The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) issued a report in 2016 stating that “from the available limited evidence, it is concluded that microplastics in seafood and tap water do not currently represent a human health risk, although many uncertainties remain.”
A 2013 study in Environmental Science & Technology examined the effects of plastic on bioaccumulation, contamination and concluded, “Given this difference and the small magnitude of the calculated effects, we conclude that the role of plastic in bioaccumulation of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) is scientifically interesting but probably not very relevant from a risk assessment perspective, further studies by all means are to be pursued.
We aim to keep it this way, and shouldn’t wait for it to become a significant problem or when it’s too late, before we do anything about the pollution or cross contamination of plastics and microplastics in the environment. Prevention is better than cure, always.
Caring for Communities and People (CCP)
Approximately 4 million people, including children, are living in poverty as well as experiencing homelessness in the UK today.
Here at Nutrition Group+, we understand the seriousness and recognise the dangers of this statistic. The impact it can have on future generations is daunting to say the least. It doesn’t need to be this way and if we apply our resources efficiently we can counteract this issue and help bring this figure right down.
Nutrition Group+ is collaborating with Caring for Communities and People (CCP) to help raise awareness and increase exposure for anybody that is in need to come forward and make use of the help and support that is available to them.
If you would like to find out more about what you can do to contribute to the community then visit the CCP website or simply get in touch today:

BHF are the nation’s heart charity and the largest independent funder of cardiovascular research. Their pioneering research has helped to transform the lives of people living with heart and circulatory conditions.
A vision for a better future
BHF’s vision is a world where people don’t die prematurely from heart disease.
Over the past months they have been reviewing their strategic approach with the help of staff, supporters and stakeholders. Their new strategy gives them a powerful focus in their ‘fight for every heartbeat’, and enables them to lead the fight against cardiovascular disease more effectively.
The BHF continues the fight through pioneering heart research, vital prevention and survival activity, and ensuring quality care and support for everyone living with heart disease. To find out more on how you can support the BHF and upcoming events, visit their website or simply get in touch:

Give Blood UK
Giving blood saves lives. The blood you give is a lifeline in an emergency and for people who need long-term treatments. Many people would not be alive today if donors had not generously given their blood.
Over 6,000 blood donations are needed every day to treat patients in need across England. Which is why there’s always a need for people to give blood. Approximately 200,000 new donors are needed every year, as some donors can no longer give blood.
Most people between the ages of 17-65 are able to give blood. Around half of all current UK donors are over 45. That’s why more young people (over the age of 17) need to start giving blood, to make sure we all have enough blood available in the future.
Find out who can give blood, and then book an appointment to give blood.
